We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. This role involves working on diverse projects, including residential and light commercial construction, renovations, and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform high‐quality framing, trim, cabinetry, drywall, flooring, and general carpentry.
• Execute detailed finish work with precision and craftsmanship.
• Complete punch lists, small tasks, and warranty work efficiently.
• Install doors, windows, hardware, and built‐ins.
• Perform frame carpentry for walls, roofs, and other structural components.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.
• Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in carpentry or related fields is essential.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools specific to carpentry tasks.
• Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience leading small crews or mentoring laborers.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
