Spray ApplicatorThe Spray Applicator measures, mixes, and applies various pesticides and fertilizers to assigned areas.Duties and Responsibilities:Operate spray equipmentMeasure mixing agents to create necessary sprays for applicationApply various pesticides and fertilizers to maintain areasEducation and Experience:Prior experience with chemical or spray applications is highly desiredMust work under the direction and supervision of the Assistant Golf Course Superintendent and Agronomic TechnicianMaintain a valid Driver's LicenseStrong attention to detailOperate efficiently and safely at all timesBilingual (Spanish/English) preferredAbility to perform other cultural applications on a golf course as needed - assist with aerifications, applying seed to designated areas, sand topdressing applicationsPhysical Demands/Requirements:Heavy lifting up to 50 poundsRegular exposure to outside environment including rain, cold, sun, or nightRepetitive movement- standing, walking, twisting, turning, bending, squatting, and stoopingWork Environment:Work in/or about situations near direct automotive trafficWork near or about natural bodies of waterAbility to work in extreme conditions – temperatures may exceed 100 degrees FahrenheitAbility to work in direct sunlight for extended periodsBrightView offers a suite of health, wellness, and financial benefits to full-time team members.
