What You’ll Do as a Caregiver

As a caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents and creating a warm, welcoming environment. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Assisting residents with daily activities, such as personal care, dressing, and mobility.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance their quality of life.
• Helping maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Monitoring residents’ well-being and reporting any changes to the appropriate team members.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure residents receive the best care possible.
