SEO Specialist

Outsmart Labs is a fast-growing digital agency that helps global brands dominate search through sharp strategy, strong execution, and data-driven insights. We don’t just follow SEO best practices—we set them. As we grow, we’re looking to bring on a part-time SEO Specialist who can help lead high-impact projects across a variety of industries. This role can potentially lead to full-time with the right candidate. What We Are Looking For This is not a checklist role. We're hiring someone who can think critically, execute strategically, and bring fresh ideas to the table. You’ll work directly with our head of SEO and have a visible impact on client performance and long-term growth as you manage various clients for local and organic SEO. Responsibilities Conduct technical SEO audits and guide implementation of fixes Develop and execute holistic SEO strategies across multiple client accounts Collaborate on and review SEO-focused blog content Generate ideas proactively and have a hand in shaping SOPs Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on outcomes Client calls to present strategy, progress reports, and move along projects Qualifications Minimum 5 years of SEO experience Demonstrated success working on global, multimillion-dollar company websites Experience with local SEO Experience with the new face of AI in SEO Strong technical SEO skills, including audits, site structure, indexing, and crawling Experience with SEO content planning and blog strategy Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously Strategic thinker who can contribute more than just execution Experience with SEO monitoring tools and Google Analytics Additional Requirements Well spoken, comfortable interacting with clients and explaining SEO strategies Exceptional time management You are an “attention to the details” type of person Spanish and French Proficiency (Asset, not required) Why Work With Us Competitive hourly rate: $40-$50 CAD/hour based on experience Remote position Fast paced, non repetitive, autonomous work Opportunity to grow with the company as our client base expand Room for increased compensation based on performance and growth #J-18808-Ljbffr Outsmart Labs
