This is a 3rd shift role which includes a 12% shift premium. What You Will Do Interpret manufacturing requirements, develop and maintain Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs), and document manufacturing practices Support daily manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting and incorporating Engineering changes into the MDPs Disposition non-conforming material with root cause and correction action analysis as required Generate Change Requests (CRs) on technical issues relating to the production manufacturing process Drive Continuous Improvement through process improvements to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk to assemblers, automate, reduce costs (both direct and indirect), using Six Sigma principles and data driven decision making Provide real-time technical support to manufacturers and fabricators, in-house as well as the supply base Tool/fixture development to drive ergonomics into processes What You Will Learn Raytheon products in a vertically integrated factory How to use area equipment and job specific tools Raytheon policies and procedures Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience. 1+ years of Manufacturing experience Active and transferable U.S. government issued secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
