About the Role We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Flagship General Manager to lead our most high-profile retail location in California. You'll be the face of the brand in store — owning the full customer experience, driving commercial performance, and building a team that lives and breathes our culture. What You'll Do Own the store's P&L, driving revenue, managing costs, and hitting KPIs across sales, conversion, and UPT Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team including Floor Leaders and department leads Set the tone for customer experience — ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's energy and standards Partner with Visual Merchandising to execute floorsets and maintain presentation standards Collaborate with HQ teams (HR, Buying, Operations) to align on strategy and execution Drive recruitment, onboarding, and talent development pipelines within the store Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities Ensure full compliance with labor laws, loss prevention protocols, and company policies What We're Looking For 5+ years of retail management experience, with at least 2 years managing a flagship or high-volume location Proven track record of hitting sales targets and building strong teams Strong commercial acumen — you understand the numbers and know how to move them Excellent leadership and communication skills; comfortable working across cultures and time zones Experience working in a fast-paced, trend-driven retail or fashion environment preferred Knowledge of California labor law is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Cider
