Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current state OT licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience providing therapy in school settings preferred

• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Commitment to fostering student independence and participation in classroom activities

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine student needs and functional levels
• Develop targeted intervention strategies in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational programs
• Document progress and adjust therapeutic plans as needed
• Offer consultation and training for staff on sensory, fine motor, and adaptive strategies to promote student success
