Hiring: Refinery/Chemical Operations Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Chemical Process Engineer to lead plant operations, production planning, safety compliance, and team performance in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily plant operations, production schedules, and workforce planning
• Drive safety, quality, reliability, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Lead and develop operations teams through coaching, training, and performance management
• Monitor KPIs, production costs, maintenance activities, and process performance
• Support continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and new product initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, SQF, and operational standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve production and business objectives
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
• Experience with SAP, P&IDs, and process operations is a plus
• Manufacturing, chemical plant, refinery, or industrial operations experience preferred
• Ability to obtain TWIC certification
