Position Summary
As a Senior Chiller Technician, you will:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain centrifugal, screw, and absorption chillers, as well as complex HVAC systems.
- Perform precision diagnostics, system optimization, and preventive maintenance to ensure peak system performance.
- Utilize advanced manufacturer-specific software and tools to perform system analysis and calibration.
- Collaborate with project and engineering teams on chiller retrofits, overhauls, and performance upgrades.
- Document service activities, performance metrics, and client communications with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth troubleshooting of large tonnage chiller systems (air-cooled and water-cooled).
- Execute refrigerant management, oil analysis, and vibration testing in compliance with industry standards.
- Support installations, startups, and commissioning of new systems.
- Ensure compliance with EPA, ASHRAE, and OSHA guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience servicing large tonnage chillers and HVAC systems.
- EPA Universal Certification (required).
- Proficiency with leading chiller manufacturers such as Trane, Carrier, York, Daikin, or McQuay.
- Working knowledge of BAS/BMS systems and digital controls.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and fieldwork as required.
