Compensation Salary range: USD $46.00 – USD $55.00 per hour. Bonus: USD $20,000.00. Responsibilities Assess patient needs, develop individualized recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy in facility settings. Serve as a healer, helper, guide, and trainer, teaching patients and caregivers skills for independence and productivity. Collaborate effectively with peers and refer patients as needed to optimize outcomes. Design comprehensive program that restores, reinforces, and enhances physical abilities of patients. Adapt to the unique needs of each patient and work across varied clinical environments. Report to the Director of Rehabilitation. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Master’s in a related field plus a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with at least five years of progressively responsible PT experience.
