Travel Registered Nurse - Med Surg

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) - weeknights

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse for our Med Surg unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and ensure the smooth operation of the unit during the night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and manage patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active Alabama or Multistate RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• A minimum of 3 years of recent Med Surg RN experience.
• Must reside 50+ miles from the facility.
