General Manager

Full-time

Brunel

Join a well-capitalized, growth-oriented organization where you'll have the autonomy, resources, and visibility to make a meaningful impact.

We're partnering with a private equity-backed leader in commercial restoration and building envelope services seeking a General Manager to lead a well-established Miami operation through its next phase of growth.

This is not a turnaround. It's an opportunity to inherit a successful business with strong market positioning, an experienced team, and substantial untapped potential. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape strategy, influence culture, and make a meaningful impact on the future of the business.

What we're looking for

Leadership experience within restoration, waterproofing, façade, building envelope, or related construction services
Proven P&L ownership at the branch, division, or regional level
Fluent Spanish and English
Strong business development and relationship management skills
A track record of building teams, driving growth, and delivering results
