Hiring for: Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Salem Counties

Shifts Available: Days, Nights, Weekdays, Weekends

As a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), you will provide high-quality care to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role:

As a CHHA, you will provide personal care, assistance with daily living activities, and support with personal hygiene and grooming. You will work closely with our clients, families, and care managers to deliver personalized services while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and ethics.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their own homes
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support clients with personal hygiene and grooming needs
• Assist with mobility and transfer assistance
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain accurate documentation of client care
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and case managers to ensure seamless care

What You Need:
• Active CHHA License (required)
• Valid ID or Driver’s License
• 2-step PPD (within 1 year) or Chest X-ray
• Physical exam
• Immunization records (MMR)
• I-9 documents (SS card, passport, etc.)
