Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Role: Provides direct patient care in the ICU, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development. Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring effective communication across care settings. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors. Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safety awareness. Qualifications & Skills: Nursing diploma/associates degree required; RN licensure essential. Preferred candidates have a bachelor’s degree and less than two years of experience. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills are necessary.
