Job Title: Teller Location: Buffalo & Depew Employment Type: Direct Hire Industry: Credit Union Compensation: $21.75/HR Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM to 5PM with rotational Saturdays with team (Once a month)

What You'll Do:

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing accurately
• Balance cash drawer and follow cash-handling and compliance procedures
• Provide friendly, professional service to members as the first point of contact
• Assist 40-50 members per day in a fast-paced branch environment
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with basic account questions
• Support online banking and digital transactions
• Identify member needs and refer appropriate products and services
• Maintain member confidentiality and follow all credit union policies
• Support daily branch operations and work collaboratively with the team

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of hands-on cash handling experience
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm, friendly, and accurate in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable engaging with members in person and over the phone
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to travel between both branch locations
