Heritage Insurance is looking for a motivated, ambitious, and relationship-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team.

This is an outside sales opportunity where you'll build your own book of business by working directly with small and medium-sized business owners and key decision-makers within an assigned territory.

You'll learn a proven sales process, develop relationships with business owners, and present supplemental insurance solutions designed to help protect employees and their families.

As you demonstrate success and master the sales process, you'll have opportunities to train, mentor, and develop new sales representatives while continuing to grow your own business.

What You'll Do Build & Grow Your Own Business

• Develop and manage your own book of business within an assigned territory.

• Prospect for new clients through B2B cold calling, referrals, networking, and relationship building .

• Meet face-to-face with business owners, managers, and key decision-makers.

• Learn and execute a proven sales process.

• Identify business needs and present supplemental insurance solutions.

• Build long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.

• Schedule follow-up appointments with prospective and existing clients.

• Contact new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who need to be re-serviced.

• Continuously expand your client portfolio through new business and relationship management.

Develop Your Sales Career

• Participate in virtual and hands-on sales training.

• Work alongside experienced sales professionals as you develop your skills.

• Attend team meetings, training calls, and professional-development sessions.

• Track and submit daily sales activity and performance metrics.

• Work with your sales manager to establish goals and improve your performance.

• Take ownership of your territory, schedule, activity, and results.

Grow Into Leadership

As you develop your skills and establish consistent success, you'll have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities in training and mentorship .

• Assist with hands-on training for new sales representatives.

Licensing & Education Requirements

• Must already hold a Health & Life insurance producer license or be willing and able to obtain one.

• Licensing reimbursement is available.

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional post-high-school work experience.

• Candidates within 6 months of completing a bachelor's degree may be considered.

• Candidates with less than 4 years of professional experience may be considered if they have relevant or specialized outside sales experience.

• Full-time

• 8-hour shift

• Flexible scheduling based on territory and client appointments
