Advance Your Career Today! We are seeking an Admin Data Tech to support document management, data organization, and record retention activities in the Hollister area! This role is responsible for compiling supplier documentation packages, digitizing records, organizing electronic files, and maintaining accurate traceability documentation within company systems.

Job Description:

• Compile and organize data packages received from suppliers.
• Scan hard-copy documentation and save files to designated traceability folders.
• Download and organize electronic files from BOX folders into specified drive locations.
• Review and maintain spreadsheets for accuracy and completeness.
• Convert Microsoft Word documents into PDF format.
• Manage electronic records and ensure proper file storage and traceability.
• Maintain organized documentation systems and support departmental data management needs.
• Perform other administrative and data-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and file management skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of documentation and data.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with electronic filing systems.

Pay: $20-23/HR. Shift: Monday - Friday Hours: 6:00am - 4:30pm (Varies)
