Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Complete all required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
• Adhere to facility-specific credentialing and compliance requirements prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required — permanent state license required; compact license may be accepted at start but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Must meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements
• Candidates who have worked at this facility within the past year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience in an outpatient environment
• Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and workflows
