Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to help attract, identify, and hire top talent across a variety of roles within our organization. This individual will manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through multiple recruiting channels
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and job requirements
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Maintain an organized pipeline of potential candidates
• Assist with job postings and recruiting strategies to attract strong talent
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to identify and attract high-quality candidates
