Information Analyst

To support the effective operation and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms, the full-time remote Information Analyst will analyze system workflows, validate data inputs, and ensure alignment with business and technical expectations while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Own the analysis of system workflows, defining inputs, outputs, and expected behaviors to ensure alignment with requirements Lead validation of structured data inputs, evaluating datasets for accuracy and completeness while identifying risks and gaps Define test strategies and lead functional validation efforts to ensure platform changes meet operational requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2-5 years of experience in an analyst, operations, QA, or technical support role Experience working with structured and semi-structured datasets, including relational tables and JSON/XML Familiarity with application testing or QA efforts in complex environments Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams
