What You'll Do: Deliver comprehensive occupational health services — from first aid and triage to physicals, screenings, and medical surveillance Assess and manage work‑related injuries and illnesses, supporting return‑to‑work with clarity and care Respond to medical emergencies on‑site and coordinate seamlessly with local hospitals and EMS Provide case management that balances clinical expertise with client policies and employee advocacy Champion wellness and health promotion programs that keep employees engaged and thriving Collaborate with client leadership on special projects and deliver impactful employee education This is a part‑time, weekend‑focused role that requires flexibility to work different shifts and hours based on operational needs. What You Bring: Current RN license in the state of Tennessee BLS Certification and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required) 3–5 years of nursing experience; occupational health background strongly preferred Working knowledge of OSHA, FMLA, and Workers' Compensation regulations Certification in Occupational Health Nursing, Hearing Conservation, or Spirometry (a plus) Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends — and a mindset that embraces it Emotional intelligence — you lead with empathy, regulate under pressure, and communicate with purpose Why BHS?
