(USA) Stocking 2 Coach, Non-Complex, Management High Point, NC 2710 N Main St, High Point, NC 27265-2825 $65,000 - $100,000/yr Regular/ Permanent Position Summary Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching and training associates, listening to feedback, and providing constructive guidance. Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, technology business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. Introduce and lead company change efforts, manage and support customer service initiatives, and drive financial performance by evaluating P&L statements and maintaining merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and operational processes. Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, hire, train, and mentor staff, and promote a culture of belonging and high performance. What You’ll Do Lead teams, teach, train, and actively listen to associates; provide feedback and guidance. Communicate with all levels regarding store operations, technology, and business initiatives. Introduce change efforts, manage customer service, and assess performance. Drive sales and financial performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses. Ensure compliance with company policies and promote ethical standards. Build high‑performing diverse teams and foster a culture of belonging. Minimum Qualifications 2 years’ of college OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience. Successful completion of required criminal background checks and, where applicable, firearms and ammunition certification. Mandatory participation in all job‑required training and assessments. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or related discipline. Experience supervising five or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
