A Brief Overview To exhibit an understanding of telehealth nursing in a community setting and a willingness to grow in anticipated roles within a call centre. What you will do Ability to use good nursing judgement within the framework of CECC Ability to maneuver through the computer using CECC and other programs Ability to adopt to other roles within the Call Center as tasks develop Flexibility with scheduling as staffing needs arise Ability to work well as a team member Education Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Required Experience Qualifications 4-6 years A minimum of five years’ experience in medical/surgical nursing Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must have basic computer skills. Good communication skills. Bilingual Spanish a must Licenses and Certifications RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure Valid NJ RN state licensure. If you are hired at Holy Name, your final base compensation will be determined based on factors such as employment status (Full/Part-Time or Per Diem) skills, education, and/or experience.
