ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 after a career in law enforcement and private security contracting overseas, including time spent in Afghanistan. Those experiences shaped my leadership style and the values we bring into the office today discipline, accountability, and taking care of the people around you. Im married with two sons, and outside of work I enjoy golfing, practicing martial arts, and spending time outdoors. Our team includes three members, and weve built an environment that balances high expectations with flexibility and support.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mike Boespflug - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
