Rubin Family Dentistry & Associates in South Windsor, CT, is seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist to join our friendly and modern family practice. This role offers primarily routine hygiene visits with the option to perform local anesthesia for scaling and root planing. We value flexibility and are open to accommodating your schedule, with 8 AM to 5 PM shifts ideal for 2-3 days per week. Conduct routine dental hygiene examinations and cleanings
Provide patient education on oral health and preventive care
Perform scaling and root planing procedures, including administering local anesthesia when applicable
Maintain accurate patient records and document treatments
Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to ensure seamless patient care
Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols
Requirements
Licensed dental hygienist
Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Ability to perform root planing procedures
Certification or training in administering local anesthesia
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to delivering compassionate patient care

Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
