Job Title HVAC Installers (Foreman, Leads, Helpers) – Los Angeles, CA Pay: Competitive, based on experience About the Role We are actively seeking experienced HVAC professionals for projects in the Los Angeles area. We’re hiring at multiple levels, including Foreman, Lead Installers, and Helpers. This is an opportunity to join a growing team working on commercial and/or residential HVAC installations. Positions Available 1. HVAC Foreman Oversee and manage multiple crew members on job sites Coordinate daily tasks, timelines, and material needs Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code Communicate with project managers and clients Requirements Strong leadership and team management experience Extensive experience with VRF system installations Proficiency in installing RTUs (Rooftop Units) Skilled in rectangular metal ductwork and spiral duct installation Ability to read blueprints and plans Strong problem‑solving skills 2. HVAC Lead Installer Install HVAC systems with minimal supervision Assist Foreman in coordinating job tasks Train and guide helpers Requirements Experience with VRF systems and RTUs Knowledge of ductwork installation (rectangular and spiral) Ability to work independently and as part of a team 3.
