Vaco is hiring for a Compensation Analyst opportunity in Monroe OH

Salary: $85-90,000/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation , including configuration, templates, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, workflows, and compensation cycles.
• Manage compensation plans, forms, route maps, budgets, launches, and final approvals while ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.
• Lead system testing, data validation, reconciliations, and integrations with HRIS and Payroll systems.
• Develop executive-level compensation dashboards and analyze pay outcomes, budgets, workforce trends, and compensation data.
• Support market benchmarking, pay band development, external compensation surveys, and pay equity initiatives.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and job families to support job evaluation, market alignment, internal equity, and workforce planning.
• Translate complex compensation data and analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for HR and senior leadership.
• Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials while providing ongoing support to system users.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and system enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of compensation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics.
• CCP certification preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience using HRIS/HCM reporting and data analytics tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive compensation information with discretion.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels.
