Candidates for this position must be committed to safety, customer service and have genuine, caring attitudes for children. Candidates must possess a current PA license, clean driving record and have experience working with children in schools.

What You Can Do For Us:

• Transports students to and from school safely and on schedule.
• Monitors behavior and safety of students at all times.
• Obeys all traffic laws.
• Keeps van clean and in operating condition.
• Reports any operating problems to supervisor.
• Reports all accidents and completes required reports.
• Exercises responsible leadership when on out-of-district school trips.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; and talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands or arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and depth perception.

• School Health Record - includes physical & tb test from within a year
• Act 24 (PDE Form 6004) - Arrest/Conviction Report
• PA Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release - A separate form must be completed for: Current employer; and All former employers that were school entities; and All former employers where you were in a position that involved direct contact with children.
• Valid Driver's License
