Starting at $60 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $88 per hour through multiple incentive programs, plus a sign-on bonus!

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

• Provide preventive and periodontal care to patients
• Educate patients on oral health and long-term wellness
• Work closely with doctors and team members to deliver excellent care
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every patient

Work Schedule

Flexible scheduling designed to fit both team needs and your lifestyle. As a hygiene float, you'll have the opportunity to work a variety of shifts, gaining experience across multiple locations while maintaining a dynamic and engaging schedule.

Typical shifts may include early mornings (6:30 AM-2:15 PM), afternoons/evenings (1:30 PM-8:15 PM), and an occasional Saturday (7:00 AM-2:45 PM, typically once per month). This role offers consistency in hours while still providing the flexibility and variety that keeps your workweek fresh and balanced.
