Sr. Full Stack Developer

We're seeking a SR. Full Stack Developer to build and support secure, scalable SaaS solutions using modern full-stack and AI-assisted development practices. This is a full-time remote role with onsite meetings in Carrollton, TX once per month.
COMP : Up to $135K depending on the candidate's experience, etc.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions while designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting full-stack applications, APIs, integrations, and services.
- Build secure, scalable, high-performing, and maintainable software while leveraging AI-assisted and agentic AI tools for coding, refactoring, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Lead complex production issue resolution and root-cause analysis, while conducting code reviews and mentoring developers on engineering and AI-assisted development practices.
- Establish automated testing, quality standards, and technical documentation, and identify and mitigate risks related to AI-generated code, including security, data privacy, and maintainability.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 5 8+ years of software/full-stack development or related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, APIs, and cloud-hosted applications
- Experience with modern software architecture, integrations, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and secure coding
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining code quality and security
- Experience with retail operations, inventory systems, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, or enterprise systems preferred
