Travel Physical Therapist - SNF / LTC - $2,082 per week

Overview Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Scituate, Massachusetts, starting ASAP. The position requires 40 hours per week and 8‑hour shifts. Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services. Provide direct patient care, determine medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Develop and administer a treatment program with specific, realistic goals based on patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set achievable goals, document patient progress, and educate patients and families about the physical therapy method. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited school. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or be in process of obtaining licensure. Current CPR certification. Experience developing care plans for physical therapy patients.
