Available schedules: Monday - Thursday from 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, plus Optional Overtime on Friday and Saturday or Monday - Thursday from 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, plus Optional Overtime on Friday and Saturday

Scope: Performs a wide range of assembly and troubleshooting tasks with moderate independence.

Core Responsibilities

• Independently read and interpret: Blueprints, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and schematics
• Assemble and install: Harnesses Switch panels Electrical and mechanical components
• Program lighting systems per engineering specifications.
• Troubleshoot: 12V DC and 110V AC systems
• Perform repairs and rebuilds on: Mechanical Electrical Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Conduct functional testing and diagnose faults.
• Trace wiring, repair connections, and replace components as needed.
• Perform equipment setup and changeovers.
• Identify discrepancies in prints, BOMs, and shop orders.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of: Electrical systems (12V DC & 110V AC) Mechanical assembly processes Ability to interpret engineering documentation independently. Familiarity with hydraulic systems (preferred).

Problem Solving

Diagnose issues and implement corrective actions. Identify non-conforming products and assist with corrective/preventive actions.

The pay scale for newly hired employees in this position at this location in New York is $16.50 - $26.00. This is based on meeting all of the requirements of the role.
