Apply online today and lock in your next career move!3+ years of full cycle corporate recruiting experience ideally in a high-volume environmentExperience working with business teams and recruiting for various roles, including but not limited to hourly part-time workforce.A strong drive to source, attract, and secure talent of varying experience and backgrounds, with a focus on building a diverse pipeline.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. In fact, at times youll feel a bit like a Copywriter as youll be upscaling job descriptions and writing engaging messages to candidates.Strong knowledge and experience with an industry ATS (we use Paycom)Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers.Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans.Knowledge and understanding of AAP and OFCCP compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Park Inc
