IT Performance Analytics Specialist (Power BI) - Remote

Entergy is seeking a data-savvy IT Performance Management professional to develop and enhance performance reporting capabilities. You will create dashboards using Power BI and Power Automate, analyze KPIs, and support IT Operations with data-driven insights. You will work with process owners and delivery teams to define reporting requirements, maintain reports, and contribute to continuous improvement across ITSM areas.
