About the Company Pyramid Global Hospitality operates over 230 properties worldwide, including the Skamania Lodge resort located on 175 acres in the Pacific Northwest. Responsibilities Answer department telephone calls and assist callers with social and group lodging reservations. Perform data entry, including group blocks of sleeping rooms, group rooming lists, package breakdowns, and group account lists. Post and track advance deposits, calculate no-show room revenue, and provide information on guests and groups to Front Office associates. Handle general office duties such as typing, filing, and answering telephones. Provide support to the operator, front desk, and bell staff as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 6 months of related experience; hospitality experience preferred. Above average computer skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outgoing and engaging personality with a strong desire to make an impact on people. Fast-paced work environment adaptability. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Compensation & Benefits Base wage of $17.13 per hour with monthly incentives, average total compensation ranging $21-$22 per hour.
