As our Non-Invasive Cardiologist you will leverage your board certification/eligibility in cardiology to contribute to an esteemed academic group model, shaping the future of cardiovascular medicine. This pivotal role within Dignity Health Cardiovascular Services at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center offers the unique opportunity to integrate clinical excellence with medical education, becoming a valued faculty member affiliated with Creighton SOM. Every day you will split your expertise between comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiology consultations, managing a diverse patient panel from a single, conveniently located campus clinic. You‘ll collaborate with a dedicated full support staff, accessing advanced cardiovascular services that span structural and interventional cardiology. Your commitment to patient care and academic advancement will directly impact a rapidly expanding community, allowing for an exceptional work-life balance in a dynamic urban setting.

We are offering a competitive 2 year salary guarantee then RVU-based, a sign-on bonus, full benefits, CME allowance, Malpractice with tail coverage, and relocation assistance for eligible candidates. Job Requirements

Required

• MD/DO Degree
• Cardiovascular Disease (Board Certified/Board Eligible)
• Echocardiography (BC/BE)
• Nuclear experience preferred
• Academic experience in teaching residents and/or cardiology fellows preferred
• Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
• Must obtain Arizona State medical licensure before starting in the position
• Advanced cardiac imaging is desirable but not required

Dignity Health Medical Group is the employed provider group of Dignity Health Arizona. Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 350 providers and 850 support staff who cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides more than 73 sub-specialty services. The physicians and APPs provide clinical services in their areas of specialty and many serve in pivotal academic research and leadership roles. DHMG is also heavily involved in preparing tomorrow‘s healthcare providers. Clinical services are complemented with translational and bench research to augment medical education for residents and students.
