Join us and be a part of a team that puts people first! EMR USA is seeking an organized, customer‑focused bilingual Office Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you’ll oversee daily office operations, manage ticket payouts, maintain accurate transaction records, and help ensure efficient administrative processes across the site. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable using computer systems, and committed to delivering excellent service while supporting a fast‑paced office environment. What We Offer PTO starting on your first day of employment Career growth and advancement opportunities Overtime opportunities available 401(k) with company match up to 3% Low‑cost medical, dental, and vision insurance Company‑paid life insurance Company‑paid disability insurance Paid training and advancement opportunities What You’ll Do Process and pay out customer tickets accurately and efficiently Maintain accurate accounting records for cash and check balances Deliver exceptional customer service to dealers, vendors, and customers Enter transaction data into manufacturing software systems Maintain and organize transaction‑related documentation and files Answer phone calls and emails and direct inquiries appropriately Assist with office budgeting and support adherence to operational budgets Monitor office supply levels and coordinate purchasing as needed Arrange office maintenance and ensure equipment remains operational Track office performance and collaborate with leadership to improve processes and efficiency What We’re Looking For Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong computer and administrative skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain accuracy and organization in a busy environment Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check, physical, and drug screening Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience Physical & Work Environment Requirements Sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods Frequent bending, kneeling, and standing Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
