Warehouse Supervisor

Second Shift Supervisor (Sunday - Thursday, 7 PM - 3 AM) Key Responsibilities: Oversee the cleaning, picking, packing, repairing, processing, and staging of rental inventory in accordance with company standards and SOPs during the second shift. Schedule, assign, and direct employees to ensure warehouse, cross-dock, and transportation objectives are achieved efficiently. Monitor staffing levels, workflow, labor utilization, and operational resources to meet customer commitments and stay within budget. Coach, train, and develop team members while holding them accountable for safety, quality, attendance, and productivity. Manage daily routing and supervise inbound/outbound transportation operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely deliveries and pickups. Ensure compliance with all company policies, as well as DOT, OSHA, and other relevant regulations. Review driver paperwork, routing documentation, and transportation records for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Lead daily transportation and cross-dock meetings, communicating operational priorities, updates, and challenges. Analyze operational issues and collaborate with customer service and other departments to ensure smooth daily execution. Oversee yard operations, including trailer movement, vehicle staging, equipment utilization, and material handling. Support overall facility operations, housekeeping, and maintenance activities as needed during your shift. Qualifications: Associate degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, distribution, or related operations. Proven experience managing employees in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Transportation, routing, cross-dock, or distribution experience strongly preferred.
