Up to $2,500 Sign on Bonus* Baptist Medical Center is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our Adult Outpatient Rehab Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Part‑Time, weekday shift opportunity at our Baptist Downtown Outpatient Clinic. We are looking to hire an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. This part‑time position will work with an adult caseload at our outpatient clinic providing general pelvic health care. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent experience in outpatient pelvic health. Orthopedic patients are also expected to be reflected within this position's caseload. Job Responsibilities Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatment to patients. Provide patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability following injury or disease. Oversee support staff. Participate in departmental operations and performance improvement activities. Responsible for remaining within budget guidelines. Participate in mandatory education and licensure requirements. Experience Requirements 1 or more years of Physical Therapy experience preferred Pelvic Health Experience required General outpatient rehab experience Education & Credential Requirements Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy Required Licensed Physical Therapist from FL Department of Health Required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Required Primary Location: Downtown - Main Building #J-18808-Ljbffr
