About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product to spearhead the development and execution of product strategy, with a focus on a leading identity security platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating the company's product vision into a multi-year execution plan, shaping and evolving the strategy to support emerging initiatives, and conducting competitive analysis to ensure the product roadmap is aligned with customer value and market trends. This role requires a leader who can build and institutionalize a professional roadmap process, manage the roadmap across multiple feature teams, and ensure strong alignment between product management and engineering. The VP of Product will also be instrumental in go-to-market engagement, talent management, and will be expected to have a proven track record in owning product strategy and execution for complex, multi-product B2B SaaS platforms. Applicants for the Vice President of Product position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' product management experience, including senior leadership responsibility, and a strong background in working with highly technical products and customers. The role demands an individual with executive-level communication skills, the ability to influence and align cross-functional leaders, and a proven track record in recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing product management teams. Experience in security, identity, infrastructure, or other deeply technical enterprise domains is a plus, as is familiarity with analyst relations and category positioning. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product management processes, be adept at balancing innovation with commercial outcomes, and have a clear vision for success in the first 12-18 months, including a clear product roadmap and increased win rates in strategic deals.
