Allied Recruiter

This is a high-activity, phone-based recruiting role on Titan's Allied team. You will spend most of your day sourcing, connecting with, and qualifying travel allied healthcare professionals, then partnering with an Account Manager to move them toward placement.

Allied includes non-nursing roles such as Imaging/Radiology (X-ray, CT, MRI), Therapy (PT, Speech), and Cardio (Respiratory Therapy, Echo, Cath Lab), among others.

What you'll do:

• Make a high volume of outbound calls every day to source and engage allied healthcare professionals
• Qualify candidates and build trust in both you and Titan
• Build complete candidate profiles and pitch open jobs
• Hand qualified candidates to an Account Manager, who handles pay, submission, offer, and assignment management
• Learn the language, requirements, and credentials for each allied specialty
• Track your activity and results accurately
• Hit daily and weekly activity metrics while steadily growing your placements

Growth path: This role is built to grow with you. You'll learn recruiting, the allied market, and what each specialty requires. As you develop, there is a natural path to Senior Recruiter or Account Manager.

Required education and experience:

• High school diploma or GED and 13 years of experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, or a related field
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, phone- and metrics-driven environment
• Willingness to work in-office MondayFriday in Omaha

Compensation:

Base salary: $45,000 Commission on placements you source $100 SPIF for each placement Uncapped earning potential
