Job Summary
Snap Fitness Lilburn is looking for a dynamic, upbeat, and community minded Zumba instructor. Our instructors are responsible for creating fun and safe classes, engaging members with little to no experience to advanced participants. Instructors are expected to provide adaptations and assists as necessary, providing highly positive interactions with guests.
General Accountabilities
- Demonstrates techniques and form, observes participants, and explains corrective measures to improve their skills and help avoid injury.
- Accommodates different levels of fitness by offering alternatives during classes.
- Plans classes, chooses appropriate music, and selects different movements for each set of muscles, while considering participants’ capabilities and limitations.
- Monitors participants’ progress and adapts programs as necessary.

Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a current Zumba or group fitness certification, as well as current CPR/First Aid certification. In addition the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year previous experience.
