Job Description Stamping Press Operator Location: Monroe, WI Shifts Available: 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM 3rd Shift (Annealing): Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Pay Rates: 1st Shift: $19.00/hour 2nd & 3rd Shift: $20.00/hour (includes $1.00 shift differential) Primary Responsibilities: Operate stamping press machines to load and unload metal coils through progressive dies. Align parts properly in dies or fixtures for accurate stamping. Band coils at the end of production runs. Complete production paperwork accurately, including job cards and tally sheets. Remove metal scrap from dies, press bed, and surrounding area. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Ensure all parts meet quality specifications as outlined in operator instructions. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; prior manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read and follow detailed work and packing instructions. Familiarity with ERP systems for data entry and document retrieval. Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude. Forklift experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently Pre-Employment Screening: Drug screen and background check required.
