Customer Technology Support Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the technology support industry, is seeking a Customer Technology Support Representative to join their team. As a Customer Technology Support Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional technical assistance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Technology Support Representative Location: Anoka, MN (Hybrid; first month in-office, then remote) Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00/hour Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:15am-7:00pm; Saturday 7:00am-2:00pm What's the Job? Provide technical support via phone, email, and internet to customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. Diagnose user questions and guide customers through step-by-step solutions for software and hardware problems. Assist with product installation, setup, and training for new customers. Verify and log customer information accurately in the support system. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and elevate calls when necessary. What's Needed? High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in helpdesk support or customer service. Strong knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience troubleshooting devices and applications on Android, iOS, and other operating systems. Familiarity with CRM software or similar customer management tools.
