Technical Lead

Sr. Manager, IT Security Responsible for leading and operating a comprehensive, risk‑based cybersecurity and information protection program for a regulated utility environment. Provides enterprise leadership for security strategy, governance, risk management, security operations, incident response, identity and access management, vulnerability management, and security architecture. Requires deep technical breadth, strong management skills, and executive‑level judgment. Supervisor, Call Center Responsible for overseeing daily operations by providing direct supervision, setting performance expectations, and offering training, guidance, and support to Call Center Department. Acts as primary point of contact for Oahu customers via phone, email, fax, web, and other channels, collaborating closely with Neighbor Island Administrative Supervisors and various departments, including Customer Service and LPG. GIS Program Manager Responsible for the administration and development of the Geographic Information System (GIS) application and Oracle systems. Provides technical support to users regarding processes and procedures related to system utilization and performance. Partners closely with Information Services Department (ISD) to lead the administration, maintenance, and backup protocols for all GIS server environments, manages external GIS team members, and ensures all operations. Technical Services Supervisor Oversees the Maps & Records and Meter Shop departments, including oversight of utility permitting and project clearances. Responsible for the lifecycle management and calibration of vapor and liquid measurement systems to ensure operational accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance. Instrumentation and Electrical (I&E) Supervisor I, SNG Provides first‑line leadership of the I&E Team to ensure effective planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance and repair activities for plant instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems. Responds to control system, instrumentation, and electrical incidents, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry and company standards.
