Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Current or pending Delaware Special Education Certification (high school level)
• Experience managing case files and educational plans for students with IEPs
• Certification or demonstrable ability to instruct special education social studies content
• Availability for onsite work throughout the contract period
• Ability to pass a comprehensive drug screen and background check
• Spanish language proficiency is a valuable asset, though not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) for high school students
• Provide specialized social studies instruction tailored to diverse learning needs
