Participate in user acceptance testing and train trial personnel. Manage database modifications and develop data management plans. Ensure compliance with trial sponsors' requirements and industry standards. Requirements M.Sc. or B.Sc. in a related field. Ten years of related experience in clinical data management. In‑depth understanding of clinical trial data management processes. Proven leadership skills in managing data management activities. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Excellent presentation and relationship‑building skills. Ability to organize and manage multiple projects independently. Knowledge of data management processes ensuring quality delivery.
