Role Description The Greeter role at McClain’s RV is a full-time, on-site position located in Sanger, TX. The Greeter is responsible for warmly welcoming guests, directing them to the appropriate sales or service team members, and helping maintain a positive, organized showroom experience. Day-to-day tasks include answering basic questions about the dealership, managing the sign-in process, and ensuring visitors are promptly assisted. The role also involves handling incoming phone calls with professional etiquette, providing accurate information or routing calls to the correct department, and supporting customer flow during busy periods. The Greeter collaborates closely with sales, service, and administrative staff to create a friendly, efficient environment that reflects McClain’s commitment to exceptional customer service. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers and team members. Clear, professional communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Customer service and customer experience skills with a focus on hospitality and problem-solving. Professional phone etiquette and comfort managing multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Ability to stand and move around the showroom for extended periods and assist with light organizational tasks. Basic computer and office skills (email, scheduling, customer check-in systems).
