Strategic Client Success Manager - Healthcare Tech

LE038 Second Sight Solutions, LLC

Second Sight Solutions, a BRG subsidiary, seeks a Client Success Manager to manage key account portfolios, foster long-term relationships, and drive satisfaction, retention, and growth. They will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and translate client needs into strategic recommendations.

You will collaborate with internal teams, develop account plans with leadership input, and focus on outcomes rather than sales quotas in this non-sales role.
