Maximum caseload of 8 clients 30 billable hours per week Dedicated operations support with scheduling, authorizations, and parent communication Collaborative case consultation and peer support In-clinic and in-home service opportunities Stable caseloads supported by active client waitlists Our goal is to give you the support you need to be successful without feeling isolated or overextended. What You'll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians Analyze client data and make data-driven programming decisions Provide parent and caregiver training Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with funding requirements Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary team members Participate in case consultation, staff development, and clinical training About Training Wheels ABA Training Wheels ABA is a locally led, organically grown ABA provider serving families throughout the Austin area through clinic-based and in-home services.
